  • How to Get There?
    For private vehicle: From Metro Manila, take SLEX (South Luzon Expressway) head southbound then drive straight to STAR TOLLWAY and exit at LIPA TAMBO EXIT. From Lipa exit, turn left then follow the sign going to MATAASNAKAHOY proper (after Fernando Airbase, turn right going to MATAASNAKAHOY). Once in Mataasnakahoy, follow the local signage to La Virginia Hotel and Resort. For commuters: From Metro Manila, take a bus going to LIPA CITY BATANGAS (e.g. JAM LINER or DLTB from Cubao, Buendia, etc.) From Lipa City area, take a jeepney or a Batrasco going to MATAASNAKAHOY (M-Kahoy signage). Drop off at 7/11 Brgy. Longos Mataasnakahoy then ride a tricycle and ask the driver to drop you off at La Virginia Hotel and Resort.

  • What are your Opening Hours?
    OFFICE is open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. DAYTOUR starts from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ONLY OVERNIGHT standard check in time is 2:00 PM up to 12:00 NN the following day.
  • What are your Day Tour Hours / Overnight Check-In Hours?
    FOR DAY TOUR HOURS: Our Day tour hours starts at 8:00 AM uP to 5:00 PM FOR OVERNIGHT CHECK IN HOURS: Check in time is 2:00 PM Check out is 12:00 PM the following day
  • What are your Pool Hours?
    Swimming hours for WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS for DAY TOUR is from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. For overnight guests, pool hours for WEEKDAYS is up to 6:00 PM ONLY and for WEEKENDS is up to 9:00 PM.
  • How Much is your Entrance Fee and what are the Inclusions of the Entrance Fee??
    Entrance fee are as follows: 250.00 – Adult 150.00 – Kids Free of charge – 3 Below INCLUSIONS: Guests will have access to 5 public pools (Infinity Pool, Frog Pool, Dolphin Pool, Cabana Pool and Pesina Pool) Exploration of the 14-hectare property are also included.
  • How Much is your DAY TOUR / OVERNIGHT?
    FOR DAY TOUR PRICE: Cottages ranges from PHP 1,500.00 up to PHP 8,000.00 FOR OVERNIGHT CHECK PRICE: Accommodation ranges from PHP 2,000.00 up to PHP 21,500.00 *Note:Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Are Pets are Allowed?
    Yes, we are pet friendly resort. Pets have an entrance fee of PHP 150.00/pet. However, pets are NOT allowed to swim at pool areas.
  • Are you Open on Holidays?
    Yes, La Virginia Resort is open all year round.
  • Are there parking spaces available?
    Yes, we have designated parking spaces allotted for all accommodations.
  • Do you have a Videoke?
    Yes, we have standby videoke for a fee of PHP 1,000.00. However, some areas or accommodations doesn’t have videoke access. Videoke is allowed up to 10:00 PM ONLY.

  • Do you offer prenup or Photo-shoot Packages?
    Yes. Photo-shoot fee is PHP 5,000.00 inclusive of entrance fee of 5 PAX and 1 changing room.
  • Are guests allowed to bring or consume alcoholic beverages?
    Yes, bringing of alcoholic beverages are allowed. However, bringing the bottles near the pool area is strictly prohibited.
  • Do you cater to corporate events and seminars?
    Yes. For corporate and group package you can send us a message to request for a quotation at lavirg.reservations@gmail.com/lavirginiaresort2025@gmail.com and/or lvhresort2025@gmail.com
  • Do you offer in-house catering services?
    Yes, we do. Bringing in of non-accredited caterers will be subject to corkage fees.
  • What swimming attire do you require?
    Proper swimming attire must be observed. No buttons and zippers and light shirts only.
  • Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks?
    Yes, bringing of food and drinks are allowed without corkage. We also provide grilles upon request. However, bringing of electrical appliances are subject to corkage fees.
  • Is a refund allowed?
    We have a NO REFUND POLICY All payments are non-refundable. However, we allow one time reschedule.
  • Do you have a team building package?
    Yes!   • Do you Accept Walk-Ins?
    We accept walk in guest but we highly recommend to make a reservation prior to your booking date. This is to secure your preferred accommodation and its availability on your chosen date.
  • Can we schedule an ocular visit?
    Yes. For those who want to visit the resort, office is open from Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM up to 5:00 PM only.
  • Is the VOUCHER from MAJEGOS Advertising Legit?
    Yes, it is legit. Kindly read the guideline of usage.
  • What are the Guidelines for the VOUCHER holder?
    Call in advance for booking/reservation. Strictly NO WALK INS. Please present the promo card upon admission. (NO PROMO, NO DISCOUNT) The free coupon for 8 person is for one-time use only. All BUY 1 TAKE 1 coupon can be used in one transaction. This offer cannot be combined with any other in-house promos, gift certificates, senior citizen cards or PWD cards. La Virginia Leisure Park and Majegos Jr. Advertising are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage coupons. Use of discounts vouchers is ONE voucher ONE accommodation ONLY. Capacity of use is to be strictly enforced. If headcount exceeds the limit, you are required to get a bigger room or cottage. Prices are subject to increase without prior notice. This card is fully transferable This card is valid until March 2027.
  • What is your Payment Policy and how much the Down-payment?
    Down-payment of 50% of the chosen accommodation is strictly enforced. Payment is via Gcash/bank transfer/cash.
  • What is your Mode of Payment?
    We accept payment via GCASH and BANK TRANSFER for the downpayment and CASH payment upon check in.
